Please fill out the Model Request Form to obtain a copy of our Reliability tools. Completed forms may be e-mailed to amsaa.reltools@us.army.mil or faxed to 410-278-3111.
Please Note: Distribution of AMSAA's software is restricted to U.S. Government organizations and their contractors. DoD Contractors must complete the contractor portion of the request form in order to receive any software. Submitting this form does not guarantee that you will receive the software tools — AMSAA reserves the right to deny requests. All requests will be reviewed in compliance with AMSAA security measures.
