Mission

Provide authoritative, unclassified, Operational Energy (OE) related data to support analysis and design of contingency bases.

MDSS Role

Develop and guide procedures for creating credible base camp data; merge data to ensure consistency from multiple sources; store and make available to analytical community via BCCDB.

Responsibility of MDSS members to provide and approve data; AMSAA provides data management support.

User Community

Government agencies and their contractors conducting base camp analyses (e.g., design, optimization, performance evaluations).

The community is welcome to suggest additions, modifications, and areas of interest to store within the database.
